✔ FORMATE: - 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 (Pre-junior), 2006-2005 (Junior), 2004 and older (Senior) - Individual Competition All Around and Apparatus.

✔ DELEGATION:  
Gymnasts (5 max age group) 
 *Registation will be closed once we reach our full capacity 
1 head of delegation 
1 or more coaches 
1 judge FIG brevet or National brevet of FIG member federation (delegations coming without judge will be charged 150 euros)  

* The delegation must ensure the work of judge throuhght the two days of competition, otherwise, the results of the team will be canceled.

✔ AWARDING:
All participating gymnasts will receive diplomas and presents.
All categories awarding in all around from 1st to 6th place. 
All categories awarding by each apparatus from 1st to 3rd place.
Special awards: Miss Tournament, Miss Elegance, Miss Dance, Miss Risk, Miss Experience, Miss Baby, Miss Artistry.

✔ MUSIC: All music must be sent in mp3 format until 1 November to rgatlanticcup@gmail.com (As specified at FIG Code of Points: clearly labeled with the gymnast name, club, country, apparatus and category). Must also bring music recorded on pen for training.

✔ GALA: Each team is welcome to present maximum 2 exhibition not longer than 3 minutes. Music must be sent with routines music until 1 November.

✔ PHOTO: Each team must sent one photo (just face) of each member of delegation until 13 October to rgatlanticcup@gmail.com

✔ ENTRY FEES: 40 euros per gymnast.

✔ ACCOMMODATION: 65 euros per person/night (triple and quadruple rooms) with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

✔ TRANSPORTATION: LOC will provide free transport from/to Porto airport-hotel and from/to hotel-competition hall if delegation stay at organization hotel at least 3 nights. If delegation decide to book another hotel, no transportation will be provided.  LOC will provide transport from/to Lisbon airport with aditional cost. 

✔ CITY TOUR: At monday it possible to do a city tour by Aveiro. The cost is 10 euros and the inscription must be done at nominative form.

✔ BANQUET: The final banquet and fareweel party will be at sunday after the competition. For delegations wich stay at organization hotel at least 3 nights it´s included at cost of accommodation. For another delegations the cost is 12,50 euros to be paid at acreditation. The inscription must be done at nominative form.

✔ INSURANSE: All delegations are responsible to have the necessary coverage in case of accidents or illness. LOC will not be held responsible for: any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriations or any loss of properties. 

✔ ACCESS TO WARM-UP AREA: Only the gymnasts, accreditated coaches and approved volunteers are allowed in the warm-up área.

✔ VISA: Please verify immmediately with your travel agent, the Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for you to travel to Portugal. The organizing committee will be happy to assist each delegation member with na oficial invitation letter, provided if the request is made before 1 September 2019. The request must include the function, ful name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of delegation members as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to.
